Cell type-specific gene expression during the resolution phase of paclitaxel-induced mechanical hypersensitivity. Nav1.8cre/Rosa26^fsTRAP mice were administered vehicle or paclitaxel, and we euthanized on day 59 day upon returning to baseline mechanical thresholds. Whole DRGs were dissected and homogenized, and total RNA (INPUT) was extracted from the lysate. mRNAs bound to ribosomes (IP) were further isolated using eGFP-coated beads. Samples were sequenced and potential genes were validated using behavioral testing.
