Distribution of gene expression and clustering analysis was made from 32,623 genes’ transcripts detected. The distribution of gene expression in different organs was similar (Mean ± SD, n = 3) (A). However, the function of the organs was different based on the clustering analysis of total gene expression from 11 organs (n = 3) (B).
