The data were only available for 2018 and should therefore be interpreted with caution. A. Among bacteriologically confirmed new and relapse pulmonary TB cases, the number of cases with test results for the speciation of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex. B. Among pulmonary cases with test results for speciation reported (B), the number of cases identified as having Mycobacterium bovis. C. Among the new and relapse extrapulmonary TB cases reported, the number of bacteriologically confirmed cases, i.e., by culture or molecular technologies. D. Among bacteriologically confirmed extrapulmonary TB cases reported in E, the number of cases with test results for the speciation of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex. E. Among extrapulmonary TB cases with test results for speciation reported in F, the number of cases identified as having Mycobacterium bovis.
