Dabrafenib, but not Regorafenib, reduces viral dsRNA levels. A549 cells were infected with ZIKV (MOI = 3 PFU/cell) and subsequently treated with DMSO (vehicle control), Dabrafenib (10 µM), or Regorafenib (2.5 µM).
