P53 regulates signature lncRNAs in Gastric cancer cells. The expression of eight lncRNA was analyzed after (A, B) overexpressing and (C, D) silencing P53 in SGC7901 cells, which showed significant alteration of lncRNA expression upon p53 knockdown.
