A total of 56 patients were screened, among them 23 were excluded and 33 patients were included. Five patients, after completing at least one cycle of chemo-immunotherapy, did not receive radiotherapy due to adverse effects, tumor progression, or withdrawal of informed consent. Two patients discontinued the study treatment as they did not complete the entire course of radiotherapy as per the study protocol.
