The difference in metabolites between the control and experimental groups was more than 1 time, and the difference was considered significant. The VIP value represents the influence intensity of the difference between the corresponding metabolites in the classification and discrimination of each group of samples in the model. It is generally believed that the metabolites with VIP ≥ 1 are significantly different. P value is the P value of t test, metabolites with P value < 0.05 are generally considered to be significantly different, in this study, P value < 0.01 of t test was used to screen differential metabolites, aP < 0.001, bP < 0.01, cP < 0.0001.
