Cells were challenged with 20 or 40 μM arsenite, harvested at 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 12 and 24 h and subjected to 2-DE analyses. Protein expression profiles of seven proteins in basal and arsenitetreated cells throughout the 24 h time intervals were assessed by 2-DE analyses and shown in montage view. Cells with (A) 20 μM and (B) 40 μM arsenite exposure. The results are representative of three independent experiments.
