Receiver operating characteristic curves and the areas under the curves (AUCs) of (A) age, pregestational BMI, MAP, PAPP-A and PLGF, and (B) combined maternal factors and biomarkers to predict GDM. The AUCs for age, pregestational BMI, MAP, PAPP-A, PLGF, and the combination were 0.56, 0.66, 0.64, 0.62, 0.56, and 0.73, respectively.
