Both are shown as ribbon diagrams with relevant aromatic amino acid side chains in the binding sites shown in grey ‘liquorice’ representation. The three β-trefoil subdomains of SlCBM13 are labelled as α, β and γ, and the two binding sites of CmCBM6 are labelled according to the cleft in which they reside.
