Pulse-labelled cell extracts from untreated HeLa/RTB-H2 cells or cells treated with NEM or after cross-linking with BMH were immunoprecipitated (IP) using sheep antiserum (Sh) specific for RTB or rabbit antisera (Rb) raised against either RTB or PDI.
