A bioproduction platform to generate various forms of DCPs as an environmentally sustainable alternative to SPPS. The platform can be used to generate: (1) multivalent DCPs, including completely recombinant head-to-tail dimers, head-to-head dimeric/multimeric ligands using tandem bioproduction and STL, and also through enzymatic ligation onto multivalent polypeptide scaffolds; (2) DCPs with functional chemical groups (such as biotin); (3) DCPs with UAAs through amber codon suppression; (4) ¹⁵N/¹³C labeled DCPs for heteronuclear solution NMR studies.
