Values are expressed as median and IQR. Comparison of both groups was performed using Mann-Whitney U test. Median CT values of spike in RNA c. elegans were 22.5 (21.1–25.1) in HCs and 22.6 (21.1–25.1) in patients with SjD. Results with a p value below 0.05 are considered significant.
