CAR-T cells generated from PBMCs of 6 healthy donors and 8 cancer patients were cultured in 24-well G-Rex for 10 days. The cell number of 24-well G-Rex culture is 50-times 50 less than a 1 L G-Rex culture (2.29×108–1.38×109 cells in 1 L G-Rex). DLBCL, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma; CLL, chronic lymphocytic leukemia; HL, Hodgkin lymphoma; MM, multiple myeloma.
