FLAG-tagged A20 or vector control was overexpressed in HeLa cells. Cells were treated with H2O2. Lysates were separated by SDS/PAGE (10% gels), and IκBα degradation was monitored by immunoblotting with α-IκBα. A20 expression was analysed with α-FLAG. Staining of actin (α-Actin) served as a loading control.
