(A) Purified recombinant C1r-LP (1.75 μg) was incubated at 30 °C for 30 min with pro-C1s (4 μg) in 15 μl of PBS (pH 7.2) in the absence or presence of C1 INH (7.8 μg) and the products were analysed by SDS/PAGE (10% gel).
