Comorbid conditions
  • Posttraumatic stress disorder

  • Substance use disorders (especially alcohol use disorder)

  • Comorbid personality disorders (especially cluster B personality disorders)

  • Sleep disorders

  • Chronic painful medical conditions (e.g., migraine headaches and arthritis)
