(A–C) A 16-year-old male with severe kyphoscoliosis showing improvement in coronal Cobb angle of 143° to 66° after distraction and 51° after definitive surgery. The sagittal Cobb angle corrected from 132° to 56° after distraction to 69° after definitive surgery. Coronal balance showed improvement from 2.6 to 1.5 cm which became neutral after surgery.
