Prior to plaque brachytherapy and tumor lysis, the tumor exhibited a collar-button configuration and adjacent inferior subretinal fluid. Ocular tumor lysis presented with extensive subretinal and preretinal pigment dispersion, tumor necrosis with overlying retinal necrosis, and a total exudative retinal detachment.
