(B) Three days of differentiation was compared to an extended differentiation of five days by assessing the moDC response to KLH (n=10). Individual moDCs SI were calculated (see Material and Methods, “Data analysis” section for more information) and a plot per activation marker generated. (C) Freshly isolated and frozen PBMCs were compared for their ability to respond to KLH (n=8). To compare the differentiation periods and the PBMC source, one-sided paired t test for each activation marker were performed (p< 0.0001****; p< 0.001***; p< 0.01**; p< 0.05*; not significant, ns).
