Reactivity of HSV-1 ΔgC with MAbs to gD. (A-G) HSV-1 ΔgC (red) or gCR (black) was blotted onto a nitrocellulose membrane and probed with antibodies against gD. Antibody reactivity was determined via densitometry with ImageJ. Results are the mean and standard error of three independent experiments. Representative blots are shown in Figure 4. Statistical significance was determined via Student’s t-test where *, p < 0.05; **, p < 0.01; ***, p < 0.001.
