Irp2−/− mice are not anxious in the elevated zero maze

In an elevated zero maze test, Irp2−/− mice spend an equal amount of time in the open arms of the maze (A) entered open arms (B) and closed arms as much as controls (C) travelled similar distances as WT (D, E), except in closed arm (F). These data indicate that anxiety is unaffected by loss of Irp2 *p < 0.05.
