Pharmacokinetics and in vivo hemodynamics. (a) Pharmacokinetics study of SE301 in mice used a single intraperitoneal injection and measured the SE301 serum concentration by ELISA from samples taken before injection and 2, 24, 72, and 168 h postinjection. The serum half-life for SE301 was calculated to be between 77.5 and 130 h. Data are the mean ± s.e.m. and n = 3 for each dose. (b,c) Mouse in vivo hemodynamics study for IV administration of SE301 or Fc N297Q. Heart rate was monitored upon increasing doses of SE301 or Fc N297Q.
