Optimal cutoff for exocytosis assay (CD107a+ percentage), sensitivity, and specificity obtained through receiver operating characteristic plots comparing 3 different exocytosis assays for patients with variants associated with defective exocytosis (EXO) vs 4 other control groups (IEI, other HYPINFs, 198 HD-CTRLs, and TRP-CTRLs). Youden index, DP, and accuracy were calculated based on the obtained values.HD-CTRL, healthy adult volunteers; TRP-CTRL, healthy adult transport controls.
