Condition of cell migration after treatment with AS101 detected by wound healing assay. 4T1 (A) and CT26 (B) cells (3×10⁴ cells per well) were placed into 2-well culture inserts inside 12-well plates and treated with 8 μM AS101 for 24 hours.
