Effects of basolateral-conditioned media from human colon monolayers treated with or without tenapanor (1 μM) on rat DRG excitability (A−D) and capsaicin response (E). Rat DRG neurons were incubated with conditioned media for 24 h, and patch-clamp recording was then conducted (n = 20–24 cells). The data are presented as means ± SE.
