Intermittent catheterisation was used in those assessed as having incomplete lesions (n = 296), and indwelling catheterisation in those with complete lesions (n = 219). "A random group" of 24 male patients with complete lesions had suprapubic catheterisation. No comparisons between those with suprapubic and urethral catheterisation were reported. |
