First, a patient's primary or initial appointment; Subsequent, a patient's second appointment; Imaging, patients presenting without imaging to appointment; Diagnostics/Labs, patients presenting without other diagnostic tests or labs to appointment; No Show, patients who missed their appointment; Everything, patients presenting with all required imaging, diagnostic testing, and/or labs to appointment.
