Filter sterilize through 0.22 μm membrane and de-gas under vacuum for 4 h. Degassing can be reduced to 15–30 min if buffer is sonicated in a bath sonicator while under vacuum. Store at 4°C for 1–2 months. De-gas again before use after longer periods of storage (several months).
