Eight healthy volunteers received 0.02 mg/kg alteplase on day 0 (squares) and 0.05 mg/kg on day 1 (circles) and on day 2 (triangles), lysis time (seconds), maximum lysis (%) measured with rotational thromboelastometry. On day 0, volunteers 1 and 2 had different blood sampling time points and this is why we have depicted them separately. Data are given as medians (± IQR).
