The effect of second- and third-generation TKIs on CML cell lines. (A) CCK-8 assays showed that Das significantly suppressed the viability of K562 and KBM5 cells at 24 h, 48 h and 72 h but had no effect on KBM5-T315I cells (p<0.001). (B) CCK-8 assays showed that OL suppressed the viability of K562, KBM5 and KBM5-T315I cells at 24 h, 48 h and 72 h (p<0.01). (C, D) K562 and K562-R cells were treated with Das and OL, and a CCK-8 assay was used to detect the OD at 450 nm. Asterisks (*) indicate significance, *** indicates p<0.001, ** indicates p<0.01, * indicates p<0.05, and NS indicates no significance.
