FISH analysis of HeRC32 cells transfected with the CMVDBP plasmid. A total of 4 × 106 HeRC32 cells were transfected with 10 μg of the CMVDBP plasmid using Exgen (EuroMedex). Forty-eight hours later, the cells were prepared for FISH analysis as indicated in Materials and Methods. The samples were analyzed using a fluorescein-labeled rep-cap probe.
