Enhanced expression of costimulatory molecules B7-1 and B7-2 in APC from the spleens of mice given MIP-1α but not MIP-2 DNA. Naive BALB/c mice given MIP-1α or MIP-2 DNA i.n. were sacrificed 7 days later. APC were then isolated from the spleens, and fluorescence-activated cell sorter analysis was performed for B7-1 and B7-2 molecule expression.
