Baicalin reduces the levels of inflammatory factors and adhesion molecules in serum and BALF of ALI mice. Mice were orally administered different concentrations (200, 100 and 50 mg/kg/day) of baicalin or PDTC (100 mg/kg/day) or vehicle for 7 days. Serum and BALF were collected 1 h after intravenous injection of CVF (35 µg/kg) and subjected to ELISA.
