Table A3.

Data from SA experiments. Each row refers to a single experiment. ΔDIC is the addition of NaHCO3. pHf is the final pH. (TAf−TAi) and (DICf−DICi) are the differences between the final values of TA and DIC and those referred to measurements taken just after the addition of bicarbonate. CO2,f−CO2,i indicates the variation of CO2 in the gas phase, expressed as µmol of gaseous CO2 per L of solution volume. ΔC,tot is the total variation of carbon in the system, considering the atmosphere and the solution contribution. ΩAr is the calculated aragonite saturation state, at the beginning of each experiment, right after the bicarbonate addition.
