The Technetium-99m DTPA scan for transplant kidney evaluation on postoperative day 60 showed prompt, though, reduced perfusion in flow images showing mild reduced tracer uptake with cortical tracer retention and slow drainage as seen in 2hours delayed image. No abnormal DTPA collection was noted in the vicinity of the transplant kidney. Single-photon emission computed tomography–computed tomography transaxial and coronal images showed fluid collection medial to the transplant kidney (red arrows) near the surgical staples with no DTPA accumulation ruling out urinoma
