(a) Radiocolloid traversing through the lymphatic channels in both lower limbs into the inguinal nodes. The static images (b) till 4 h showed inguinal and iliac nodes with radiocolloid accumulation in the urinary bladder by 30 min. No other abnormal radiocolloid concentration was noted in the visualized abdomen and pelvis. The scan confirmed chyluria, but the site of the leak was not identified
