Comparison between LN collected at the time of challenge and 2 weeks after challenge. LN were obtained at the time of SIVmac251 challenge and 2 weeks p.c. from the three vaccinated monkeys (52168, 90141, and 90154) and the naive monkey (92409) killed for organ analysis.
