Suppression of endogenous Tiam1 decreases Ras stimulation of IRSp53-WAVE2 binding. Cells were transfected with GFP-WAVE2, myc-IRSp53, and Ras61L along with Ri-Tiam1 or Ri vector alone, as indicated. Myc immunoprecipitations (IPs) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to nitrocellulose, and immunoblotted with anti-GFP antibody to indicate coprecipitating WAVE2 or with anti-myc antibody to indicate precipitated IRSp53.
