Nephritis is diminished in male pSD mice and ablation of Tlr7 exacerbates lung inflammation in males. Kidneys and lungs were harvested from NOD.B10 (n = 9), NOD.B10^Tlr7+/− (n = 8), and NOD.B10^Tlr7−/− (n = 10) females.
