We present four patches collected from two sample slides, where one slide is CD normal, and the other slide is diagnosed as CD active. Neutrophils can be found in both types of the tissues. Counting the density of neutrophils is one of the pivotal biomarkers used in identify CD activity. Additionally, pathologists have the capability to zoom in and observe the morphology of individual nuclei or clusters. Our objective is to explore and quantify a more comprehensive morphometric pattern within the localized cellular arrangement.
