General pipeline describing the learnable approach for inferring concentrations’ changes of molecules such as reduced and oxidized CCO, oxy- and deoxy-hemoglobin $\{\delta c_i\}=\{\delta \text{redCCO},\delta \mathrm{oxCCO},\delta \mathrm{HHb},\delta {\mathrm{HbO}}_2,\mathrm{etc}.\}$. The pipeline involves training on a dataset that is generated by the means of a modified Beer–Lambert model. According to the model, the light reflection $I_R$ is shaped by the absorption ${\mu }_a$ and scattering ${\mu }_s$ phenomena.
