Gag and Vif in 17,000 pCITE-transfected or 8,300 pNL4-3-transfected cells were detected in immunoblotting with anti-Vif rabbit antiserum (bottom), and Gag was detected by reprobing of stripped membranes with anti-CA monoclonal antibody (top).
