Understand the perceived impact of pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) use on users’ lives, including possible behavioral changes regarding HIV prevention. Among the questions investigated are adherence to HIV testing, the combined use of other prevention tools, and whether the use of PrEP influenced participants to adopt behaviors that may put them at greater risk of HIV infection. In addition, we explored whether PrEP use impacted other aspects of participants’ lives, such as quality of life and mental health. |
