Affinity of gp120 proteins cloned from proviral DNA for sCD4-IgG. BH10 gp120 and a number of proteins cloned from individual A, isolates 669 and 1629 (A), and individual B, isolates 4196 and 5045 (B), were analyzed for their ability to bind increasing concentrations of sCD4-Ig.
