Comparison of serum biochemical parameters, including tissue damage markers. Serum biochemical parameters were determined after 1 day of heat exposure. Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), a tissue damage marker, was significantly higher in Tie2-Cre/LNL-AQP1 dTG mice (n = 5) than in wild-type mice (n = 4; p < 0.05).
