(A) Relative mRNA expression of Panx1 in mitochondria extracted from WAT of 20-week-old WT (white bar, black dots) and Panx1^−/− (white bar, red dots) mice at 22 °C or exposed to cold (6 °C). BAT mRNA extracts from WT mice (grey bar) were used as positive control. Ucp1 (B) mRNA expression was established by qPCR in WAT from WT (black dots) and Panx1^−/− (red dots) mice at 22 °C or exposed to cold.
