(B) Reduced hypocotyl elongation in cob and qui-1 mutants as well as in the cob-1 qui-1 double mutant. Hypocotyl lengths of 7-d-old dark-grown seedlings under permissive condition are shown. Each bar represents the average ± sd of 15 hypocotyls.
