Contigs are sequence fragments; scaffolds are contigs connected by spanned gaps; chromosome status indicates that one or more chromosomes could be complete, and other sequences could be made by scaffold or contigs; and complete status refers to the entire chromosome sequences without gaps, including plasmid(s), if present.
