Expression of glycosyltransferase activities by AcSWT-1. Sf9 cells were infected with AcMPNV (wild type [WT]), AcP(+)IE1HRGalT (GalT), AcP(+)IE1α26ST (ST), or various AcSWT-1 clones (indicated by their clone numbers [cl 1, 3, 18, or 21]).
